The eyes are the most important organs in the body. Without effective eyes our world is totally dark and black. Our world is developing day by day and now this is the period of digitalization.

We are habituated with digital goods like Mobile phone, Tab, Computer etc day by day and all the pressure is going to our eyes. When we look at the computer and other gadgets for a long time, then initially we suffer with eye pain, tears fall, eyes become red, etc. When we fall in this initial 

problem, we should to go to the Doctor, otherwise we can lose our eyesight.
Beside these, My blog "Beauty and Fitness tips" is going to provide you some easy formula/tips to keep the eyes best and healthiest which are given below:
  • Work in sufficient light: Low light or high light both are not good for eyes. So try to read or work in sufficient light. 
  • Don't look continuously at the Television or Computer screen:Often try to look around when you work in computer, mobile or read books. Take a rest after doing some work or read newspaper or book. 
  • Eat green vegetables: Try to eat green vegetables every day and keep green vegetable in your daily food menu. Green vegetable is not only good for the eyes it is also good for your health. 
  • Fruits: Papaya, Mango, Guava, Lemon, Tomato, Carrot, etc. seasonal fruits are good for eyes.
  • Fish for healthy eyes: Fish is another food for healthy eyes. Try to eat small fish. We can get Omega-3 fatty acid, which is good for healthy eyes.
  • Save eyes from Sunlight: Try to use sun glass when you go outside in the sunlight and of course your sun glass would be good quality. Protect eyes from sunlight bad effect
  • Keep your weight under control: Keep control your weight. as over weight is not only bad for your eyes it is also lose your smartness. Beside that, overweight can be a reason of Diabetic, hypertension, etc. and it is the reason of damage your eyes.
  • Reduce mental pressure: Mental pressure is another reason for damaging eyes. Mental pressure helps to increase glaucoma of eyes, which is very bad for the eyes.
  • Be careful to use contact lens or Glass: Check your eye power regularly, and update your glass. Follow the Restrictions to use contact lens otherwise your cornea can be attacked.
