Beauty and fitness tips; Avoidable Foods

Harmful foods
Our daily life style and food consumption have made an impression on our face and body. So, if we want to be younger than our ages, we have to avoid some foods which are harmful for looking young. Here we will try to know which foods are avoidable for looking younger:
Try to Avoid Bacteria type foods 

After 35 years of age, the bacteria inside our stomach are increasing day by day. These bacteria prevent our digestion and inflate our stomach. Dairy milk and this type of food we should avoid.

 

Sugar
Sugar type foods are very favorable for women. Some man also like sugary foods. Sugary foods help to grow our waistlines.

Try to avoid cookies

All types of cookies have a lot of calories. During the period of increasing our growth, our body, a lot of calories is required, but normally after 30 years of ages our body does not increase so after 30 years of ages calories of our body are accumulating and make us fat which is looking overage. 



Try to avoid Junk food
Junk foods
Every day we eat many junk food beside our Breakfast, lunch and dinner. We have to care about it. Because, often we eat junk food (Ice cream, chips, chocolate and fast food) between the time of breakfast, lunch and dinner. These types of junk food make us fat and looking aged.


Try to avoid Alcohol

Vitamin A is very important for our body. Vitamin A helps our body to produce collagen. Collagen and elasticity help to keep our skin supple, taut and looking young. Alcohol has many elements to decrease the Vitamin A level of our body, as a result collagen also decreases. To avoid it, you can drink red wine just like tolerable quantity for your body. 

Try to avoid eating salt
Many people eat extra salt with foods. Though salt increase the taste of foods, but extra salt is not good for our body. To eat extra salt is harmful for our skin and heart.
